GameVictory Esports – Terms & Conditions (Short Version)
By accessing or participating in any tournament on GameVictory Esports, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Platform Nature
GameVictory Esports is a skill-based gaming platform. All tournaments depend on player skill, strategy, and performance. The platform does not involve gambling, betting, or games of chance and operates under Indian laws.
2. Eligibility
Users must be 18+ for paid tournaments. Free tournaments may be played by users below 18 with parental consent. Users must provide accurate details, and multiple accounts are not allowed.
3. Fair Play Rules
Official Free Fire rules and platform guidelines apply. Hacks, mods, VPNs, emulators (if not allowed), cheating, teaming, or abuse will result in immediate disqualification.
4. Account Suspension
GameVictory Esports may suspend or permanently ban accounts for cheating, fake claims, abusive behavior, or rule violations. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
5. Tournament Joining
Users must join on time. Late entry will be treated as a no-show. Room ID & Password will be shared via app or notification.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds apply only if a match is canceled due to technical issues or verified hacking cases. Refunds are credited to the GameVictory Wallet. No refund for no-shows or violations.
7. Winnings & Payouts
Winnings are credited to the in-app wallet. Withdrawals require KYC verification. TDS may be deducted as per law. Suspicious activity may delay or cancel payouts.
8. Wallet Rules
Wallet balance is platform-only, non-transferable, and subject to correction in case of errors.
9. User Responsibilities
Users must behave respectfully, follow all rules, ensure stable internet, and not misuse the platform.
10. Intellectual Property
All platform content and branding belong to GameVictory Esports. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Liability Disclaimer
GameVictory Esports is not responsible for internet issues, device failures, or game server problems. Participation is at the user’s own risk.
12. Updates to Terms
Terms & Conditions may be updated anytime. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
